Welcome to ArionPay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ArionPay website, the merchant dashboard, and the API interface (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Nature of Service (Non-Custodial)

ArionPay is a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment gateway software provider. By using our services, you strictly acknowledge the following:

• Peer-to-Peer Connection: ArionPay connects buyers and sellers directly. We do not act as an intermediary in the flow of funds.
• We Do Not Hold Funds: ArionPay does not have custody, possession, or control of your digital assets at any time.
• We Do Not Have Private Keys: We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. You maintain full control and responsibility for your crypto wallet.

2. Description of Service

ArionPay allows merchants to connect their cryptocurrency wallets (via public keys) to our platform. We provide an API key and software interface that enables merchants to generate payment invoices and detect transactions on the blockchain.

We own all content on our website and software. You maintain full ownership of your crypto assets at all times.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ArionPay grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes (if you are a merchant) or personal use (if you are a payer).

This license does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or exploit the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.

4. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
• Restricting access to your devices to prevent unauthorized use of your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any breach of security.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to:

• Facilitate transactions for illegal goods, narcotics, weapons, or human trafficking.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or high-yield investment programs (HYIP).
• Cybersecurity Attacks: Engage in any denial-of-service (DoS) attack, hack, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the Service or the underlying blockchain networks.
• Introduce malicious software, viruses, or worms into the Service.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of ArionPay or others.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Service Fees: ArionPay charges a transaction fee for processing payments as described on our Pricing page. These fees are billed to your account or deducted where applicable.

6.2 Network (Gas) Fees: All blockchain transactions incur network fees ("gas fees") paid to miners/validators. These are not controlled by ArionPay and are the sole responsibility of the user.

7. Risks & Disclaimers

Use at your own risk. You accept the inherent risks of cryptocurrency, including:

• Irreversibility: Transactions cannot be reversed. ArionPay cannot recover lost funds sent to the wrong address.
• Volatility: Crypto asset values can fluctuate wildly. We are not liable for value losses.
• Technical Failure: We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the blockchain network.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArionPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
